Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur the full treatment fee.
For new patients, a deposit of £100 is required to secure the initial appointment.
This deposit will be deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of your visit.
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the deposit will be non-refundable.
